Miao Cui, Ph.D.
I’m an Assistant Professor at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. My lab uses single cell genomics approaches and mouse models to study the regulatory logic underlying heart regeneration versus pathological remodeling phenotypes after heart injury, with the ultimate goal of targeting gene regulation for regenerative medicine.
Work With Me

1. Lineage relationship of regenerative cardiomyocytes
2. Transcriptional regulation of cellular plasticity during heart regeneration and disease
3. Immune response and heart regeneration
4. Cross talk between transcription regulation and metabolism in cardiac development and regeneration
